Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snapparel mobile application ("App") operated by Lantean Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Sublicense, rent, or lease the App to any third party

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Snapparel a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or threaten others

6. AI Virtual Try-On Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images. These results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and represent approximations of how clothing may look. Actual garment fit, color, texture, and appearance may vary based on material, sizing, individual body differences, and other factors.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of virtual try-on results. Always verify fit and appearance before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Lantean Tech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 if you have not made any payments

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lantean Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lantean Tech operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
